Our fellows are identified through direct applications, recommendations, field intelligence, and referrals from our partners. We offer wrap-around assistance , from entrepreneurship to mentoring to professional skills taking into consideration the unique needs, skills and social context of our fellows. Working together, we create viable individualized support plans based on their legal status, needs, and skills.
Our fellows are full partners in this process. They sign an ethical code of conduct, but more importantly, they are selected because they embody the values of integrity, openness and hard work.. We work with our fellows on a weekly basis to ensure that targets are met. We provide assistance through modes such as interest-free micro loans, transportation funds, business planning and professional network building.. We bring together our fellows, volunteers, mentors, and partners to ensure an open and holistic communication process.
