We identify talented and motivated people (our Fellows) who we support by leveraging our own personal networks, building valuable local partnerships and engaging mentors to accompany them. This allows us to work with a diverse group of migrants, including web developers, fashion designers, aspiring law students, biology and genetics graduates and agricultural experts.
Using a personal, one-on-one approach, we work closely with our partners, and existing local startup incubators, social services, legal support and local government to provide coaching, and wrap-around assistance required to launch and follow-through on a successful new project. This allows us to involve the wider community in investing in these projects, and gives them buy-in in the process.
